Vintage Shure 562 Hi-Z Microphone

This Shure 562 vintage microphone is in Good Cosmetic and Excellent Working Condition.  These were originally used as gooseneck mics for drive-in restaurants and grocery stores.

The original 562 element was a DOA so it has been replaced with a Shure 575 element which is the same element used in the Model 561, 533, 540 and a few other vintage Shure microphones.

This one has been modified with an Impedance Boosting Transformer, a volume control and a Switchcraft 1/4" jack.  It is just over 4" in length from the grille to the end of the 1/4" jack and is just under 1 3/8" in diameter at the head of the mic.

The output of the mic is excellent and the tone is fantastic.  The small size is great for Harp Players with small hands and it is easy to hold and cup.

This will be a great addition to your harp arsenal!  Don't passi ti up!
